This initiative offers 1,100 electric cars to both individual drivers and business owners in Lahore. You can get your vehicle through an interest-free loan with up to 60% equity support from the government. It’s part of the government’s commitment to modern, green, and affordable transportation for everyone.
What is This Scheme?
The Maryam Nawaz Car Scheme 2025 helps people in Punjab get an electric taxi through interest-free monthly installments. Both individual drivers and fleet owners can apply.
What is a Fleet Owner?
A fleet owner is someone who owns and manages multiple vehicles used for business. These vehicles are usually operated by different drivers through apps like Uber or Careem. In this scheme, fleet owners must apply for at least 10 cars.
Application Type – Choose Who You Are
At the beginning of the form, you will see two options:
- Individual – Choose this if you are applying for 1 car only for yourself.
- Fleet Owner – Choose this if you want 10 or more cars for a business or ride-hailing service like Uber or Careem.
Step-by-Step Form Filling Guide
Here is how to fill each field correctly:
1. Applicant’s Name
Write your full name as shown on your CNIC.
Example: Ahmed Ali
2. CNIC Number
Write your 13-digit CNIC number with dashes.
Example: 35201-1234567-1
3. CNIC Issuance Date
Write the date when your CNIC was issued.
Format: dd/mm/yyyy
4. CNIC Expiry Date
If your CNIC is lifetime, select “LIFE TIME”. Otherwise, enter expiry date.
5. Father or Husband’s Name
Write your father’s or husband’s full name.
6. Date of Birth (as per CNIC)
Write your birth date in the same format: dd/mm/yyyy
7. Gender
Select one option: Male, Female, or Other.
8. Email Address
Enter a valid email you can access.
Example: yourname@gmail.com
9. Applicant’s Cell Number
Enter your phone number. Start with 03.
Example: 0301-1234567
10. Create a Password
Make a secure password.
Minimum 8 characters
Use letters and numbers
Re-enter the same password in “Confirm Password”
Residential Address
11. Current Address
Enter your full current residential address.
Example: House 123, Street 5, Model Town Lahore
12. District, Tehsil, City
- Select your District from the dropdown
- Select your Tehsil
- Write your City Name
13. Permanent Address
If same as current address, click “Autofill”
Otherwise, enter permanent address manually with district, tehsil, and city.
